For what purpose do we process your personal data?
The ICAB processes the information you provide us for the management of the requested services, and the public dissemination of the event, given the interest of the event.
This dissemination of the event will be made through the usual communication networks of the ICAB (WEB, twitter, Facebook, linkedin, Instagram and flickr)

How long will we keep your data?
This data is kept until the fulfillment of the contractual obligations based on the management of the requested services or until you object to the processing or revoke the consent for the other purposes except the data that are necessary to comply with legal and statutory obligations such as limitation periods for possible legal responsibilities based on the processing performed.
Images and video-graphic material will be preserved for dissemination purposes and historical archiving of ICAB activities.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the contract for the provision of the requested service.

• At the time of cancellation of the data, we will only keep them blocked in compliance with legal obligations.

These general conditions of contract regulate the registration in the event / conference organized by the Illustrious Bar Association of Barcelona.
The Barcelona Bar Association (hereinafter ICAB) which is a Public Law Corporation domiciled in Barcelona (Spain), at Calle Mallorca 283, CP 08037, is responsible for the registration process, offer and contractual management of the event.

The contracting process consists of sending your identification data by means of the registration form enabled on this website, accepting the contracting conditions. You will then need to follow the steps for payment through the payment gateway enabled for this purpose. Payment by bank card is offered through the secure payment gateway. Charges will be made to the account associated with the bank card used at the time of registration, and the registration will be confirmed at the time of confirmation of payment. In the event that the charge could not be made for any reason, the registration will not be understood to be confirmed.
Once the contracting process is complete, you will be sent an email confirming your registration which you must print or carry on electronic support and present as a means of accreditation to access the event on the day and at the venue where the contracted event will be held.
The assistant is the person who duly registers for the event. You must be over eighteen (18) years of age, and have full capacity to act to enter into binding contracts. Acceptance of these General Conditions is a necessary condition to register for the training act / conference. Participation slots will be awarded by rigorous order of registration. If capacity is full, a waiting list will be opened. The inclusion in the waiting list of the event does not imply any guarantee of future availability of slots to attend, nor will it entail any payment, until registration in the training event / conference is made, if possible. Registration will be in order of inscription, through the forms enabled for this purpose.
The language in which the contract will be formalized will be in Spanish, Catalan or the language enabled on the website.
If any of the clauses of these General Conditions are considered null or unenforceable, it will not affect the other clauses, which remain in force.

Once the registration is formalized it will not be possible to refund the amounts paid the user. Therefore, inability to attend the event/conference is not a reason to withdraw from the contract and to have the amount paid refunded.
Jurisdiction and legislation.
The general conditions of contract are governed by the applicable Spanish and European legislation. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the services provided through this website and the competent jurisdiction is not established by law, the courts of Barcelona (Spain) will have jurisdiction.
